Major faults
First, the leather bowl is not good, which is a common problem of almost all domestic oil guns, but it is no wonder that the structure of an oil gun is also more complex than ordinary tools, and it can only be sold for more than a dozen yuan;
Second, the oil pressing mechanism is not good, but if the spring and the steel ball are fine, it probably cannot be repaired.
Third, there are some faults in use, many of which are caused by their own operation, and can be avoided. For example, sand grains, once a few sand grains are mixed into the butter, and you use a pointed grease nozzle at this time, it guarantees that you will be so angry that you have to throw the grease gun to relieve your hatred, and it is absolutely not good for the equipment, but all this is actually caused by yourself in most cases. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the butter used clean, do not use unclean tools to add oil, and cover the oil container in time.
Countermeasures
1. If there is a dead tie rod, you can pull the rod several times, so that the air inside can be mixed with the grease, and the volume of a single bubble may be solved, but the effect is not very good every time.
2. The most effective way is the deflation method, but this requires hardware support, some gun bodies have an exhaust port design, when you slowly open the exhaust screw, the air inside will come out.
3. The last one is the final skill, and it has been tried and tested, and it has been repeatedly built, when you feel that there is gas in it and you can't hit it, just turn the wire mouth of the combination of the oil gun body and the pump body a few times or back and forth a few times (preferably while turning and pressing) to ensure your success. It is not difficult, that is, when you rotate, the gas bubble inside is also rotating to another part, and the original part is filled with lubricating oil, so the problem is solved.
Operation steps and requirements
1. Pull out the tie rod so that the piston in the cylinder is close to the rear end cover, and then lock the tie rod.
2. Lubricating grease is installed in the cylinder. When using the oil filler, the top thread of the oil reservoir is placed on the thin screw of the oil filler, and the lubricating grease is loaded into the oil reservoir with the oil filler. If you load the lubricating grease directly into the cylinder by hand, first unscrew the front cover, and load the clean lubricating grease directly into the oil reservoir by hand until the entire oil reservoir is filled, then screw on the front end cap, unlock the lever, and wipe the grease gun clean with cotton yarn.
3. Hold the oil reservoir with one hand and the other hand hold the hand pressure rod, and repeatedly pull the hand pressure rod to discharge the air in the cylinder.
4. Align the oil injection nozzle at the front end of the oil injection rod and press it tightly on the butter nozzle that needs to be lubricated, press the hand pressure rod down close to the oil storage cylinder until it cannot be pressed down, then raise the hand pressure rod to the original position, and then press down and up, and repeatedly pull the hand pressure rod to slowly press the lubricating grease on the part that needs to be lubricated, and pull out the grease gun after filling the lubricating grease.
5. If the front end of the grease gun lubricating rod is inconvenient to approach the lubricating part to be lubricated, a hose should be put on the lubricating rod, and the sleeve should be tightly tied to prevent it from leaking out of the sleeve when squeezing lubricating grease, and at the same time, at the other end of the hose, a nozzle and an inner plug that matches the thread of the butter nozzle should be installed, and the inner plug should be extended into the butter nozzle of the oiling part, and then the nozzle should be tightened, and the lubricating grease can be added to the oiling part according to the above method.
