1. Before use, check whether there is a shortage of valve springs, steel balls and other parts, the sealing of pistons and oil gun heads, and pay attention to checking the extrusion effect to ensure the smooth progress of maintenance work.
2. If the running equipment is inspected and injected, it should be marked to stop running.
3. When injecting oil, the oil injection nozzle at the front end of the oil injection rod should be aligned with the butter nozzle, and the inclination should not be greater than 8°.
4. When filling the oil reservoir with lubricating grease, deteriorated and contaminated (diluted and containing sediment and debris, etc.) should not be used to prevent affecting the lubrication effect or blocking the oil channel.
5. Lubricating grease should fill the entire oil reservoir tightly.
6. When operating the hand pressure bar, the hand pressure bar should be opened and closed to the maximum position, if the hand pressure rod is pressed back and forth several times without the feeling of resistance, and the handle remains in place, it means that the lubricating grease has not been injected into the butter nozzle, and the following aspects should be checked:
Valve spring at the head of the butter gun: If the valve spring is broken or fatigue is relaxed, it should be replaced with a new spring;
Whether there is air in the barrel: If there is air in the barrel, you should remove the loose screw and press down the hand pressure lever to drain the air, and then tighten the screw (press down the hand pressure lever to see that the grease is overflowing and there is no popping sound, the air has been exhausted);
If the grease cannot be squeezed out and there is no resistance feeling when pressing the hand pressure rod, and the tie rod is all in the cylinder, it means that the lubricating grease in the cylinder has been fully injected, and new grease should be re-injected.
7. After the equipment is maintained, the grease gun should be placed in the toolbox to prevent mud and sand from entering. If it is not used for a long time, the lubricating grease in the butter gun should be squeezed out and scrubbed clean inside and outside the cylinder, and placed in an appropriate position to avoid pressure and deformation.
8. The butter gun cannot be used as a hammer to hit other objects to prevent damage or deformation and cannot be used.
