The quality of the welding mask should comply with the provisions of GB3609.1-94.
1. The size of the mask should comply with relevant regulations.
2. Weight and thickness
Headband mask (excluding filters and protective sheets) is less than 560g, and handheld masks are less than 500g.
The thickness of the mask material is 1.5mm (0.2mm).
3. Structural requirements:
(1) The observation window, filter, protective sheet and size should match, and there should be a good fixture, and radiated light should not leak through the gaps.
(2) The rivets and other parts should be firm and not loose or falling off. The metal parts do not come into contact with the human face.
(3) The front hanging glasses should be easy to lift up and down.
4. Mask material:
It must be made of non-conductive materials. The flammability performance has been tested, the combustion rate should be less than 760mm/min, the metal parts should be soaked in 10% salt solution for 15 minutes before being taken out, and the surface liquid should be dried at room temperature for 24 hours without wiping off, and then washed with warm water. The observation surface should be qualified without change.
5. The optical properties and strength performance requirements of filters and protective sheets are the same as those of welding goggles.
