What Are Pliers

Pliers are a hand tool used to clamp and fix the machined workpiece or to twist, bend or cut the wire wire. The shape of the pliers is V-shaped and usually includes three parts: the handle, the jaws and the mouthpiece.

Pliers are generally made of carbon structural steel, first forged and rolled into the shape of a clamp embryo, then subjected to metal cutting processing such as grinding, milling, polishing, and finally heat treatment.
