Design of bearing puller

New bearing puller design of external rotor motor
Because the structure of the external rotor motor is completely different from that of ordinary motors, there are the following problems in the process of motor inspection and maintenance.
(1) The motor inlet line passes through the center of the shaft, and the center support point of the puller cannot be directly pushed to the shaft. If the support point is supported at the boundary of the shaft, it will slide out of the shaft surface due to the force and cannot provide sufficient force for the puller.

(2) The gap between the motor bearing and the coil is particularly narrow, and the ordinary bearing puller cannot reach in.
The above two reasons make the maintenance of the external rotor motor particularly difficult, and every time the external rotor motor is inspected and repaired, it will spend a lot of time on the disassembly of the bearing, and will cause damage to the coil.

Original Bearing Removal Method:
(1) For the problem of the incoming cable passing through the center of the shaft, it is necessary to support the end face of the shaft with the help of a "Y"-shaped member, and the upper side of the member is supported by a metal plate. When this method is performed, the component is squeezed off the centerline due to the imbalance of the force when the screw rotates and falls.

(2) For the problem that the bearing puller tension arm cannot extend into the back of the bearing, if the distance between the bearing and the coil is small, use steel wire or wire to connect the lower side of the bearing to connect the puller beam end for pulling operation. Due to the ductility of the material, this method will cause the shaft bearing force to be unbalanced and damage the motor shaft.
