There are basically two types of wrenches, dead wrenches and live wrenches
The former refers to a wrench with a fixed number written on it, and the latter is an adjustable wrench.

1. Dumb wrench: one end or both ends have fixed-size openings to screw nuts or bolts of a certain size.

2. Torx wrench: Both ends have working ends with hexagonal or twelve-angle holes, and ordinary wrenches cannot be used.

3. Dual-purpose wrench: Twist bolts or nuts of the same specification at both ends.

4. Bow wrench: The opening width can be adjusted within a certain size range, and bolts or nuts of different specifications can be screwed.

5. Hook wrench: also known as crescent wrench, used to twist flat nuts with limited thickness.

6. Socket wrench: generally called socket: the socket has metric and imperial system, although the socket is concave in shape the same, but the outer diameter, length, etc. are designed for the shape and size of the corresponding equipment, the state does not have unified regulations, so the design of the socket is relatively flexible, in line with the needs of the public. Socket wrenches generally come with a set of socket heads of various specifications, as well as swing handles, adapters, universal joints, rotary joints, elbow handles, etc. for inserting hexagonal nuts. The socket head of the socket wrench is a concave hexagonal cylinder; Wrenches are usually made of carbon structural steel or alloy structural steel, the wrench head has a specified hardness, and the middle and handle parts are elastic.

7. Allen wrench: L-shaped hexagonal stick wrench, specially designed for twisting Allen screws.
Usage: Specially used for fastening or disassembling round nuts on machine tools, vehicles, and mechanical equipment.

8. Torque wrench: Torque wrenches are suitable for assemblies with clearly defined torque levels.
